Focaccia, Tomato & Onion (say fo-catcha)

This Italian favourite is a lovely soft on the inside and dimpled with baby plum tomatoes, sliced onions, sea salt and olive oil.  Perfect for dipping, great for making a mega sandwich or spread garlic butter over the top and bake in the oven for garlic bread heaven.
