100% Rye Sourdough (Seeds)
100 percent organic dark and medium rye flours fermented for at least 15 hours. The most nutritious bread I make and packed with dietary fibre. This bread is better sliced reasonably thin and not toasted. It makes wonderful open faced knife and fork sandwiches.
Ingredients: organic rye grain, water, sunflower, millet, flax seeds, sea salt
