Cruffin (Pecan Maple Glazed)

This is a laminated sweet dough, baked in a muffin tin, dusted with sugar, and filled like an eclair.  A flaky and decadent treat that has taken the pastry world by storm.  Filling is a maple infused cream, coated in a brown butter sugar glaze and topped with a toasted pecan nuts.  

I recommend eating cruffins the day they are purchased.
