Cruffin (Ginger Snap)
This is a laminated sweet dough, baked in a muffin tin, dusted with sugar, and filled like an eclair. A flaky and decadent treat that has taken the pastry world by storm. Filling is a ginger snap cookie and cream filling with topped crushed ginger snaps. Christmas inspired of course.
I recommend eating cruffins the day they are purchased.
Ingredients; flour, water, salt, milk, eggs, sugar, yeast, ginger snap cookies.
