Cruffin (Chocolate Hazelnut Nutella)

This is a laminated sweet dough, baked in a muffin tin, dusted with sugar, and filled like an eclair.  A flaky and decadent treat that has taken the pastry world by storm.  

I recommend eating cruffins the day they are purchased.  

Ingredients; flour, water, salt, milk, sugar, yeast, Nutella (hazelnuts, cocoa powder, skim milk powder, vegetable oil, sugar, soy lecithin and vanillin)
