Country Sourdough (Small)

This is the classic sourdough bread, a blend of organic wheat and rye flours is mixed, fermented, shaped, rested and fired on stone.  From flour sack to the oven this bread's journey spans 40+ hours which produces the well known tang and chewiness that only long fermentation sourdough bread has.  

Net weight is no less than 400g
