Country Sourdough (Catering)
This is the classic sourdough bread, a blend of organic wheat and rye flours is mixed, fermented, shaped, rested and fired on stone. From flour sack to the oven this bread's journey spans 40+ hours which produces the well known tang and chewiness that only real bread can have. This loaf is scaled at 1KG before baking.
