Cruffin (Snickers) Caramel, Chocolate, Peanut

This is a laminated sweet dough, baked in a muffin tin, dusted with sugar, and filled like an eclair.  A flaky and decadent treat that has taken the pastry world by storm.  The Snickers cruffin is a caramel cream filling topped with milk chocolate and toasted peanuts.

I recommend eating cruffins the day they are purchased.
