Cruffin (S'mores)

This is a laminated sweet dough, baked in a muffin tin, dusted with sugar, and filled like an eclair.  A flaky and decadent treat that has taken the pastry world by storm.  Filling is a chocolate ganache, topped with a toasted marshmallow and a chocolate stick. Campfire not included. 

I recommend eating cruffins the day they are purchased.
