Cruffin (Rhubarb and Custard)
This is a laminated sweet dough, baked in a muffin tin, dusted with sugar, and filled like an eclair. A flaky and decadent treat that has taken the pastry world by storm. Filling is homemade apple filling and is topped with a cream cheese frosting.
